The main requirements are:
• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Oil & Gas companies
• Knowledge of Goods and Services purchasing rules
• Previous experience of working with Contract Agency
• Fluent English, Russian
• Experienced PC user
• Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
The main responsibilities are:
• Supervising and maintaining Procurement team;
• Preparing purchase/service contracts in SAP system and placing purchase/service contracts for goods and services;
• Developing, compiling, conducting advertisements, pre-bids, Invitations tо Tender, bid openings, and evaluations of proposals received including all Requests for qualifications;
• Developing and analyzing contracts documentation;
• Writing contracts requirements according to the International and RoK legislation and company’s procurement procedures;
• Preparing and submitting required reports to the state bodies.
