Requirements:
- Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil industry
- 5 years of experience in a lead Process position (upstream)
- Master the knowledge of models related to Process
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Responsibilities:
- Review and digest the pre-project studies. Verify the basis of design
- Participate to the endorsement of the Pre-project dossier by the FEED contractor. Verify the deliverables to be produced for Process
- Coordinate and supervise Process studies for the Central Processing Facilities, storage, water injection facilities, associated drilling Pads and flow lines, oil & gas export facilities and pipes
- Check that the design is developed in line with the Pre-Project and the Statement of Requirements
- Ensure coordination of Process activities with the other Specialists within the project team. Ensure global consistency of the design
- Control and comment the documents issued by contractor(s) and check that they are as per Company specifications and rules. Review and answer to the Engineering Queries and Requests For Waiver
- Call for and participate to necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings required to achieve the performance of the work
- Follow-up Contractor(s) activities
- Participate to Technical Reviews/Audits (HAZID, HAZOP, PTR). Ensure follow-up and implementation
- Liaise with operating team to collect necessary data for the project
- Participate to the Tender Packages, Technical Evaluation, Recommendation To Award for the EPC and LLI’s Contractor’s selection
- Manage technical interfaces related to Process between EPC Contracts, LLI’s
- Participate to site visits as necessary
- Participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings
- Provide input to the Engineering Manager for Project progress reporting (data, narrative), outlines critical problems and proposes corrective actions
